GLOSSY PAPER = $$$$ = SKI WAX, SKI TRIPS & MORE !!
Apr 28, 2015, 7:32 am

Holy Magazine History!!

Our spring drive was a record- for us- and for the paper company in Duluth. (it was the single biggest private load to this date)!

27,680 pounds of glossy paper was the grand total that was collected from the 2015 Earth Fest & Johnson drop off sites.  Tom K & crew had a couple of trucks & trailers for this go around!

THANK YOU to ALL-  who lent a hand for making this fundraiser a huge heaping success!  There is a lot of storing, dumping, pick-ups &  more-  (for weeks & months)- that attributes to all of this!

And skiers... Keep up the good work in school... & on the track, softball & baseball fields.  Awesome results are everywhere!

 Laughing

A note from Pepsi Deb Maki ...

Hello Skiers:

As you can see we have a beautiful race course here at Giants Ridge.    Photo is 1stK of Race Course heading North out of the Stadium.    Weather (zip code 55708) looks great for the Pepsi on March 7th @ Giants Ridge.

FYI:   Check out our website (www.pepsichallengeskirace.com) for our new maps and general registration/race info.   Some things to know this year:   There will be no Hammer Gel packets at the feed stations.  You will receive one Hammer Gel at registration.  The training center is gone – skiers can meet at the lower level of The Lodge @ Giants Ridge.    We’d like to remind skiers that the upper parking lots are full before 9:00 am.   Please feel free to park in the overflow (Burnt Onion) parking lot South of the Chalet – there will be signs.   You can jump on the ski trail by the parking lot and ski to the start.

On-line registration is open until Thurs March 5th – link and info are on our website www.pepsichallengeskirace.com.

In order to be in the prize drawing, skiers have to be pre-registered.

Hope you can make it to the Pepsi – conditions look ideal!!
